Large jars of mayonnaise were on sale and cost substantially less than small jars of mayonnaise. So... what on earth am I gonna do with all this mayonnaise? I only wanted a little bit.

This is a dip I think you'd enjoy, that's made with quite a bit of mayonnaise. It tends to get rave reviews at my parents' parties, and I myself was very fond of it until my dislike for fish solidified past the point where I could overcome the dissonance of liking it :-)

In fact, I think there are quite a lot of kinds of dip (spinach and artichoke, things involving cheese and tomatoes) that involve mayo, so you kind of have your pick on that front.

I'll keep that in mind! I bought the mayonnaise to make tuna salad, which I did mainly because I had way more celery than I planned to use, and this might give me something else to use up the celery on.
