Desk locomotion

My entire desk seems to have moved 1 foot north and I have no idea when or why this happened.



Note the 12-inch gap between the desk and the little bookshelf to the left, and that there's not enough space to open the file cabinet on the right.

Should that desk look oddly familiar to me, or is it just that that's a common desk design?

Well, this desk was definitely salvaged from the Spruce Street apartment; I'd willingly believe that you were the one who brought it there in the first place.
