dr_whom1. The Amtrak train northbound out of Philly passes right by the zoo. I saw an elephant from the train!
2. There was no line at the security gate I went through at the Newark Airport. Literally none—I was the only passenger there, from when I arrived to when I got my shoes back on and went to the gate. It was me and like six TSA agents. Bizarre.
3. Porter Airlines has a very nice passenger lounge.
