occultatio has started a second installment of his name-that-tune meme, and everyone's having such a good time playing that I thought I'd participate in a second go-round as well.
The rules are simple: you get the first few seconds, before any lyrics start, of thirty songs, and you have to identify the songs from just that much introduction.
(The songs are mostly randomly chosen here; I skipped ones that had very uninteresting introductions, or which have already shown up in other installments of this game that I remember. You don't get the whole introduction in all cases; some songs that have long introductions I truncated around thirteen seconds. Only one introduction here is about thirty seconds long.)

1. This one originates on the Internet.
3. Yes, it's quoting what you think it's quoting; it's doing that for a reason.
5. It's a well-known showtune that doesn't have much to do with its musical.
8. Between recognizing the voices and identifying the genre, there's only one song this could be.
20. This is from the same album as one of the songs that's already been identified.
