dr_whomUz doesn't live in this apartment anymore.
Therefore he should have his security deposit reimbursed.
I attempted to do this via the mail.
I mailed his security deposit to the address that he notified me was his current residence.
The envelope was returned to me stamped ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN.
