I do like Swarthmore

I e-mailed the Swarthmore provost's office yesterday to ask if it was possible for me, as a part-time instructor on a per-course salary, to receive College funding to attend conferences I'm presenting at.

I got back the response today, which amounted to, 'Well, technically you're not eligible for travel funding, but... sure, why not. Let's give you some travel funding.'

Swarthmore is a pretty nice place to work.
