I can't tell whether this paper is a joke or not.

If it's not, that's probably not a good sign.

The gag, it is running

So you'll recall Uz left a load of laundry in the washing machine when he moved out...

and he left his backpack here when he accidentally came over to pick up the laundry he'd accidentally left here....

...Well today, he came over to pick up his backpack, and contemplate moving out his filing cabinet or giving it to the new tenants. He decided to give the filing cabinet to the new tenants if possible, so he started cleaning it out. He didn't finish cleaning it out, but he started. At least he picked up his backpack on the way out.

He did leave his jacket here, though.
