2025 locations

Apparently I don't use Dreamwidth very much anymore, but I guess I still use it for this: here's the list of places I've been in 2025. It's certainly by far the longest list of these I've ever made, owing to two cross-country road trips during 2025: K. and I spent three months in Pittsburgh, and drove to and from it. This list doesn't include places I (or we) passed through incidentally and only stopped in briefly because they were on the way—it doesn't list the location of every Burger King we got lunch at between San Diego and Pittsburgh, for instance. It only includes places that I (or we) either went to intentionally as a destination, or at least spent enough time in to feel like i'd actually visited.

As always, places I spent the night are in bold, places I'd never been before (as far as I can recall) are in italics, and places I went to on multiple occasions are underlined. States I visited for the first time in 2025 include Arizona, Oklahoma, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada. For locations that aren't in a named town or equivalent, I listed the nearest place name (for instance, the Chimney Rock visitor center is not in but near the town of Bayard, Nebraska).
