Missed opportunity, Back to the Future edition

In the film Back to the Future, Doc meets Marty between 1:00 and 2:00 am on October 26th, 1985.

This is a missed opportunity on the part of the filmmakers. It would have been so much more awesome if this scene had been set on October 27th instead.

Exercise for the reader: why?

I'm pretty sure it would only have been awesome if they met between 2:00 and 3:00.

I thiiiink between 1:00 and 2:00 is correct, but I'm not 100% sure.

Wikipedia confirms (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight_saving_time_in_the_United_States) that 1:00 to 2:00 October 27, 1985 is correct.
