Although the writers of a film have control over the names of the characters, they have much less control over the names of the songwriters.

Oh, this is not the first time Disney has named characters as a nod to the author who wrote the story the movie was based on. (Albeit, Frozen is pretty different from The Snow Queen.) First one that comes to mind is Hunchback of Notre Dame (the gargoyles Victor and Hugo), but I'm fairly sure there have been others.
