dr_whomI stopped buying milk from the supermarket closest to my apartment years ago, because I had the impression it tended to go bad a bit quicker than milk from the next closest supermarket. This morning, though, I was unexpectedly out of milk and didn't want to walk all the way down to the Fresh Grocer before breakfast, so I figured I'd pop over to the Supreme Shop-n-Bag and get just a quart of milk, which hopefully I'd be able use up before it went bad.
Never again. It was spoiled by the time I got it home.
