Unholy Tango of Literature
Jul. 14th, 2018 06:07 pmSome of you may be familiar with Francis Heaney's Holy Tango of Literature, a collection of parodic poems written in the style of famous poets, with titles that are anagrams of the poets' names (e.g., "Toilets" by T.S. Eliot and "Skinny Domicile" by Emily Dickinson).
Well,
longwhitecoats and I just spent the afternoon adding to that, writing poems in the styles of Shel Silverstein, Dr. Seuss, Edward Lear, Seamus Heaney, and W.S. Gilbert. We present: Unholy Tango of Literature.
Enjoy!
Well,
